If a student's name/email address has been changed in the learning management system (Blackboard, Canvas, D2L/Brightspace, and Moodle), and they have accessed SI Lab Portal; the previous work they have completed is still under the old name/email address.
1. Students should contact our Student Success team.
If students are not sure how to contact Student Success Team please provide them with this article- Contact our Student Success team.
You can also reach out to our Customer Success Team on behalf of the student if the student is not able to contact Student Success Team.
They must provide both names your accounts are listed under and both email addresses.
Our Student Success team will change the email on the student's account with the completed work to the new email address so that they can access their completed work again.
2. Students should access their course and check that you can see your completed work in the Lab Portal Gradebook.
If students are not sure how to find their completed work in the SI Lab Portal please provide them with this article- Access the Lab Portal Gradebook.
Work cannot be transferred between accounts, so students should contact Student Success quickly so they can get back to their assignments as quickly as possible.
