If your student is unable to access the course after completing their kit purchase, it is most likely they did not select the "Return to Portal" button on the purchasing confirmation page.
If this is the case, they can access the content in the following way.
1. Go to the email account that they used to purchase the kit.
2. Locate the kit purchase confirmation email.
The email will be from Science Interactive, and will have the title "Your Science Interactive order confirmation."
If they have difficulty finding the email, have them check their Spam box to ensure it did not arrive there.
3. Open the email and navigate to the Kit Code.
4. They will then enter the kit code on the course access page to unlock the course content.
To unlock their kit using the access code, share the "I Have My Kit, How Do I Access My Course" instructions with them.
